In the modern age, where things are no longer quite as black and white; the Beans strive to be as inclusive as possible by skirting the lines between many genres within their unique sound. Music can encompass so many different feels and emotions and it is the band’s goal to incorporate as much of it as they can into their sound and sometimes even one composition. Listeners are left with a danceable ode to funk, rock, bluegras s, americana, livetronica, world, prog, and more. Fans have effectively dubbed the genres they hear as spacefunk, ameritronica, and groovegrass.Today’s modern music listener no longer defines themselves within one genre, in favor of enjoying as much diversity as they can. They have been following intuitively the trail of inspiration for ten years now. Their live reputation precedes them, and what a reputation it is: an all enveloping, intense and soulful sound that puts pretenders in their place. Past tours of hundreds of shows included Europe, UK, USA and Israel. The band received the Czech Grammy award fo r the best alternative record of 2012 with their third album A Forest Affair (Starcastic Records) recorded in California, produced by Jonathan Burnside.
The fourth studio record called Carp came out on Starcastic Records in September 2015. The album was recorded with Chris Koltay at High Bias Recordings, Detroit during the band’s fourth self organized US tour.
After the release the album gets ravishing reviews and received the Apollo (Czech Critics Choice Music Award) for best record of 2015. In the Summer of 2015 PTT opened for Robert Plant And The Sensational Space Shifters and toured Europe as the opening act with Two Gallants. In September 2016, the band returns to tour the US and Canada for another month long tour.BEYOND THE MUSICPlease The Trees’ planting trees project.After spending time with a gardener friend in New York (who has been secretly planting trees around town), the band got inspired and started planting a tree in every city where they perform.

WithBrick + Mortar is a two-piece indie pop outfit from Asbury Park, NJ. The duo consists of Brandon Asraf (guitars/vocals/programming) and John Tacon(drums/programming). Best described as controlled chaos, the band combines choppy rhythms, smooth bass lines, tempestuous drumming and honest lyrics, all of which culminates in something that is just as likely to show up on an indie up-and-comers list as it is to show up on a DJ’s playlist – something that is evidenced in the band’s role as a remix magnet for artists such as Baauer.

Lionel Williams (aka Vinyl Williams) is a Los Angeles based artist and musician. His collage art & psychepopmusic fuses vast landscapes, multi-religious symbolism, and the supernatural into a paradoxicalwhirlpool of “mysticism and sonic matrices”.Created and performed solely by songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and producer Williams, debutalbum Lemniscate was released in November 2012. Uniform formed in New York City in late 2013 when old friends Ben Greenberg (Hubble, The Men, Pygmy Shrews) and Michael Berdan (York Factory Complaint, Drunkdriver, Believer/Law) realized they lived on the same street. Their impulsive collaboration quickly yielded Our Blood / Of Sound Mind and Body single. The six tracks that comprise the equally abrasive but more refined Perfect World have been coming together between tours and work ever since.The music that Greenberg and Berdan conjure up under the Uniform moniker is immediate, aggressive, and even primal in form, but it plumbs untold depths. Berdan’s venomous voice mines deeply personal themes of resentment, regret, reflection and addiction over the hum of Greenberg’s almost impossibly disciplined guitar, bass synth, and drum machine lines. While based in synthesizers and electronics Rusnak regularly incorporates drums, guitar, bass and vocals into his recordings.
